Relatively few people in the province of Borra are literate, but those who can read, or even write, use the old western script brought from Rumea by the Seree people when they came to the shores of the Circle Sea.
From time to time, I'll post maps or scrolls online - players who wish to play literate characters should take a few hours to learn how to read the script.
The script is written left to right, and the passage in the left margin reads:
"Mur, may your light forever shine over us; grant us your strength that we may drive back the fairies into the darkness whence they came."
